Carpooling
Roads now a days are full of cars. Thanks to our growing economy, people from upper middle class own at least one car each. But in major cities people prefer to travel by car for offices. Take for instance in Bangalore, one single car carries only one person, and a car occupies space equal to two motor bikes and two cars back to back occupy the space of a metro transport bus on the road. People feel it's a safest way to go by car and they are ready to bear the burgeoning traffic on road, resulting in increasing pollution, late going to offices or early start from homes. There's a solution to all this which is the oldest method adopted by rich countries in the world, it's called carpooling. One car can be shared by two or more people going to same destination, hence saving in fuel, money, reduce pollution, and reduce in commute time in turn spend more time at work and with family. You have other options too like cycling, walking or a two wheeler, but this depends on individual habit.
