LUCK vs. HARDWORK

Let’s put a debate....


This debate is controversial but i would like to discuss it as a choice. People for this post can be divided into 3 categories, first who believe only in luck, second who believe only in hard work, and third who believe in both.
 No discussion for 3rd category (to which i belong) because there is no controversy in that.
 People, who believe purely in luck or hard work, are those who have not dealt the actual realities in life. I won’t say that they have not faced difficulties in life but they did not face situations which are not in their control. I have seen many people working very hard, but not getting success. A guy who studies for 3 to 4 attempts of exams(each attempt has a gap of 6 months)  is expected to have knowledge of the subject but still he fails. Reason his luck does not shake hand. Or a guy is failed by ONLY 1 MARK to lose his 6 months of life for next attempt. This is a common scene for guys appearing in CA exams. This is not to be blamed on anyone but purely on luck.
In some situations an incompetent guy is promoted to a higher post lagging behind the competent guy. People say politics have played the role. But philosophy says the competent guy is unlucky. In other situations 2 equally qualified and hardworking persons appear an interview and perform equally but only one takes away the job. What will be your say for this?
I want to put it simple, in Life both Luck and Hard work are equally important. People differ in ideas about this with their supportive causes and i respect them, but my opinion goes “50% for Luck + 50% for hard work = 100% Life”

    The child maybe failed because his preparation might be less,he might have put less effort.And in the second example,the person who has not got the job,after he has done so much of hard work,then it cannot be called the luck of that person,some other good job may be waiting for him!!So there's nothing like luck in the world,only thing is hard work!That's what i think,Thank you!!

    We don't know when luck will work or not .....so it is only hardwork that can make changes in life

The Dark Knight

Watching Hollywood movies was always a thrill of a kind. Batman 2, the movie i am talking about is a perfect plot in which this disguised hero Bruce wayne alias Batman is forced to take some harsh decisions defending the mafia he is fighting, who hire this Psycho villain "Joker" (Heath Ledger in his best role ever). This movie is really a tribute to Heath Ledger. the role of district attorney Harvey Dent played by Aaron eckhart can be note worthy.. All in all a good movie for the batman fans...
